Gegen Ende der Gärung werden die Fässer aufgefüllt. In diesem Fall war die Gäraktivität doch noch etwas zu stark… und der Steigraum zu gering, so dass nun etwas Schaum oben hinausquillt.
Towards the end of fermentation, we need to fill up the barrels. In this case I overfilled some barrels. They still had some strong fermentation activity and not enough headspace… Oh what a mess…
